Hi, I’m Nicole Laframboise — extrovert, wife to a charmingly quiet man, and mom to three wildly different kids. I am someone who just can’t seem to leave a good idea alone. Building businesses since I was 12 years old, starting with hand-sewn ski hats and never quite stopping. From real estate development and accounting to reviving an abandoned amusement park into a glamping resort — I’ve made a career out of saying yes to challenges and figuring it out as I go.
My path hasn’t been linear, and it definitely wasn’t planned. I’ve simply stayed open — to opportunities, to change, and to the belief that there’s always another way forward. What connects everything I’ve done is the drive to make something meaningful, something useful, and something that matters to the people I serve - or as some have accused me: having the AUDACITY to do things others wouldn't dare.
Why I do what I do
I’ve tried the quiet life. But honestly? Building, launching, evolving — these things light me up. I believe in working hard, laughing often, and sharing what I’ve learned so others don’t have to reinvent the wheel alone.
Who I help
If you’re stuck between ideas, starting over (again), or asking yourself “Can I really pull this off?” — you’re in the right place. I don’t offer cookie-cutter solutions. What I do offer is grounded experience, creative thinking, and a willingness to meet you where you are and help you get where you want to go.

Because I’ve done the thing — many times over. I’ve had successes I’m proud of, failures that taught me more than I wanted to learn, and moments where I had to rebuild from the ground up. I bring that lived experience into everything I do, and I share it openly, because I know how powerful it is to hear “me too.”
